Earth Events is run by a keen team of outdoor and training professionals.  Between us we have years of training and development experience, working with businesses, charities and youth development programmes.

Sam Sutton - Director

Sam has worked with groups in the outdoors for over15 years.  Starting at a local charity centre, Sam completed an Outdoor Studies degree in the Lake District where his passion for kayaking was kindled.  Earth Events is a way for Sam to explore the potential of human performance, whilst helping people to push their personal boundaries.

      

Rich Pearsall - Director

After graduation from an Outdoor Studies degree in The Lake District, Rich maintained a continued desire to provide rewarding outdoor experiences.  Highly qualified and experienced outdoor facilitator and leader, he runs Earth Events with Sam. As an expert sea kayaker, he can often be found kayaking the local coastline attempting to catch a fish for his dinner.
 
      

John Chilsholm - Training & Development

John has been a trainer and coach since 2000 working in both public and private sectors specialising in leadership development, personal effectiveness, and organisational development using a wide range of tools and techniques. John is passionate about helping individuals and organisations to grow and develop through change. Over the past 15 years John has worked in clinical, project management and senior management roles within NHS, helped small and medium-sized businesses to grow and delivered service improvements and cost savings for large corporate clients. 

                                                      

Justin Lowe - Event Facilitation

Originally from Yorkshire Justin has always appreciated the outdoors and open spaces. He began working in the outdoor learning industry inLiverpool. His move to the South Coast was inspired by palm trees and the few degrees of added warmth. With lots of passion for experiential learning, people and the environment, Justin adds depth and scope to the potential emerging through events.

           
    

Office Team - Event Organisation

Earth Events use their partner company New Forest Activities Booking Centre as a administration and logistical hub.  The office team lead by Julie, are exceptional at planning and organising all aspects of our events.  From Hotel booking to programme time-tables this is you first port of call for working with Earth Events.   

  

Activity Team - Event Delivery

Many activity and event programmes require professional support and safety cover from our team of instructors and guides.  These are a well qualified and experienced group of full time staff and freelancers who'll make sure that your time with us is an entertaining as it is enlightening.
