After graduation from an Outdoor Studies degree in The Lake District, Rich maintained a contuined desire to provide rewarding outdoor expereinces.  Highly qualified and expereinced outdoor facilitator and leader, he runs Earth Events with Sam. As an expert sea kayaker, he can often be found kayaking the local coastline attempting, to catch a fish for his dinner.

Sam explored a passion for the outdoors before heading North to study in the Lake District.  He enjoys providing people with the tools to explore themselves, whilst maintaining and strong sense of adventure and desire to think deeper. 

Originally from Yorkshire Justin has always appreciated the outdoors and open spaces. He began working in the outdoor learning industry in Liverpool. His move to the South Coast was inspired by palm trees and the few degrees of added warmth. With lots of passion for experiential learning, people and the environment, Justin adds depth and scope to the potential emerging through events.

Having been all round the world working as a ski instructor through to an aerobices instructor Julie is now organising our events in the New Forest. She has a flare for adventure and since starting with us has developed a passion for event management.

After completing a foundation degree in Outdoor Adventure Management at Bournemouth University, Tom headed to Cumbria University to complete his degree in Outdoor Education. Having travelled as far as New Zealand, Tom has now joined our team as our full time Activity Instructor.

After studying Watersports Management at University, Laura then travelled the world and gained experience in different roles based around the event and leisure industries. Having found her niche in marketing, she has now taken on our marketing and PR.
