MARKET LEADER EVENT SAMPLE

0900 -  Refreshments on arrival. Introduction to the event, overview and briefing.  The teams gain their business identities and discuss their strategy ready for the commencement of trading.

1000 - The first trading quarter begins.  Teams exchange information, commodities and currencies.  Outdoor activities are also on offer as business opportunities.  For example:  Cycle orienteering, team challenge, Archery etc.  

1115 - Break of trading.  Teams report to the exchange floor to make investments or exchange currencies.  Tea and Coffee provided.

1130 -  The second trading period gets underway.  More activities and trading takes place,  teams continue to record their successes and trading transactions.

1245 - End of trading period.  Teams must report to the exchange floor before enjoying a well earned lunch.  (Not included in the price).

1400 -  The third trading period gets underway.  Investments are starting to pay off, but who's really doing the 'best' business?

1515 - Break for tea, coffee and exchange floor trading

1530 - The final trading period.  Teams make a bid to complete further challenges and make their last shrewd investments.

1645 - End of trading and time to calculate the scores.  How did the teams perform and who's looking forward to the future with strong business relationships and trading partners.  A full debrief of the event and summation by our team, help draw out some valuable learning points to be applied back in the work place.
